This is the personal website of Ross Franklin. Privacy matters here, and data collection is kept to the minimum needed to respond to you. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information collected
The only personal information collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message. No account is required, and no payment or sensitive financial information is requested.
How it is used
Your information is used solely to read and respond to your inquiry. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising or marketing purposes.
How your message is delivered
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which transmits your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver your message. You can review their practices in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referrals to Pure Green, and whether inquiries are successfully submitted. Events include the inquiry category and a broad mobile or desktop category; they do not include names, email addresses, or message text. This analytics service does not use tracking cookies. We remove query strings and page fragments from analytics URLs and honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Vercel may also keep standard server logs for security and performance.
Third-party links and content
The site links to external sites — such as Pure Green, Amazon, and social media — and may display a YouTube player when you choose to play a video. YouTube receives connection information when its player loads. External services operate independently and under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable records of correspondence, then deleted.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent by emailing ross@puregreenfranchise.com.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and information from children is not knowingly collected.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
