Ross Franklin is the founder and CEO of Pure Green Franchise, which he started in New York City in 2014 after more than a decade in the fitness industry. Pure Green has 80+ locations open and 200+ units in development across 25+ states, built without venture capital or private equity. He graduated from Wheaton College (Norton, Massachusetts) in 2002 with a degree in biology, wrote The Founder Success Formula, and hosts the Pure Green Podcast.
